Vision/Mission

Our basketball philosophy revolves around fundamentals,  hard work, and participation.  We want to spend time perfecting a process by which all athletes can better their performance, increase self-esteem, and have fun.

·         What to do when the other team scores

·         What to do after a defensive rebound

·         What to do after the referee touches the ball

·         What to do after a live turnover

·         What to do after an offensive rebound

Goals

Team Goals Every Game

·         60 Shots a game

·         Rebound 40% of our missed shots

·         Force our opponents into 30 turnovers

·         Get 30 more shot attempts then our opponents.

·         Every player play at a meaningful and critical point of the game
